I'm heading out the door in the next 1.5 hours and hitting the pubs before arriving at FNC Arena.

How long are you going to be up there mall? I remember the Pubs there all too well. And a ton of factories. Saw a concert up there at a place by the lake around 2011. Yo u have to be amped watching the draft live is great

I'm only 50 min from downtown Buffalo. I'll hit Canalside before arriving at the Arena. It's friggin nice out out so I may leave the G jersey at home and where my Flyers polo instead. Me thinks Hextall will be moving up in the 1st round tonight. Just my gut feeling here. I don't see us staying at 18. Furthermore, I feel like somebody is going to be traded as well.

The Falls is boring for me. I've been there so many times. It's too touristy for me. It's a tourist trap. Granted, if you;ve never been there before, it's a cool experience. I come up to the Canadien Falls to gamble and pick up hookers. lol. J/K

Both the Canadian side and American Falls both have Casinos. American side has gotten a ton better.

Have they upgraded he US side? Its been years since I've hit buffalo. Last time was to see a music festival at a place on lake eerie. Wound up staying in Buffalo. Normally if I go north . Its toward lake george/whitehall

Yeah, the American side has improved a lot. I still prefer the Canadian side. Niagara Falls, NY really is a dump. The crime rate is high and filled with scum. The Casino and the shopping area is nice. NYS and Canada I believe are in the process in the next couple of years, will be doing contruction on the Peace, Rainbow, and Lewiston Bridges to make traffic move faster. It's pathetic how long it takes to cross. They need more lanes and more custom agents.

Wild buying out Vanek. I'm very interested on a 1 or 2 year, prove you can still be effective, deal. Good size, good scoring history, just not recently. Just had a dreadful contract. Could be a good top 6 LW fit.

Was excited about Kasperi Kapanen a couple years back, but then we traded him right away.

Trade worked out well for us, but it really hurt watching this...
Maple Leafs got a really good player in exchange for Kessel.
