Awaz.. Is the USA pretty good or is Germany just overrated? The Americans are taking control of this game.

Michael Bradley fucking sucks nuts in this world cup. What a fucking wreck he is. I wish Klinssman would bench him already.

Germany is VERY good, only losing by 1 to them is still pretty solid. On to the knockout stage! :usa: :usa: :usa:

I might consider partaking cobie, but i'll be honest, I typically lose interest in fantasy hockey like a third of the way through the season haha

Same, sorry. The draft is fun, and so is the first month or two, but then life gets in the way at some point and keeping up with the team becomes more of a chore.

Eh oh well then, every time I propose something, nobody ever has time or is willing to do it - guess I shouldn't be a leader

What happened to the summer fantasy team we were talking about? I'd still be up for that.

Just like all of my other ideas, that isn't working either - nobody wants to do that

How many people said yes? I think we could do it with as few as 4.

Only 4 or 5, and that's not enough

It could be enough if we get creative. The biggest problem is determining the scoring format. I'd be willing to be league commissioner instead of drafting a team if needed, because what we really need to be able to infuse is some randomness, which would require a neutral party to oversee. Something like dice rolls, but simplistic enough that team managers just need to submit lineups for the game. We could use slightly smaller teams, such as 6 forwards, 4 d-men and a goalie, 3-4 bench players, and have a modified Cap system for drafting. We would have to determine what key stats we wanted to use, and then that could be modified by dice rolls to determine hot/cold players, injuries, scoring, etc. I know it sounds a bit complicated but if we only had 4-6 teams it could be very manageable.

Or I could just be talking out of my ass...
