I meant voting on the winner of each game - If there are 16 teams, the vote could be 8-8. If there are 15 teams, no ties. Or, we could just leave the game as a tie.

I was thinking of just opening up the voting to whoever comes on the site. Maybe post on the main board that we're doing it so that people will come vote. Gotta get some outsider opinions!

I still think something is going to happen though because Andrew Barroway(the guy who's supposed to be buying) said he couldn't comment on it, so that tells me something has to be in the works, but not quite finished yet

Well Darren Dreger said that the Flyers were one of the teams so there has to be something to it

I don't think I'd do it but I'd definitely consider it more so now than I would have during the season - his cap hit is friendly, he's still young enough and he wouldn't have to be the main guy in Philadelphia as far as goal scoring, unlike in Vancouver when they expected a lot more from him

Only way that would make sense is if it's something like the schenns and a 1st for Kesler and edler. And even that doesn't make a ton of sense, but at least positionally it lines up. And it makes sense if the canucks are blowing it up.

I don't think the Canucks are going to blow it up, they'll try and get rid of some dead wood but I don't think they can blow it up - it'll be hard to blow it up and expect to get back into the playoffs, like they're hoping they can next season

The guy I would be interested in wouldn't be Edler but Chris Tanev - that being said, the only way the Flyers would move their first round pick is if they can get a higher pick, I don't see how they can move their 1st and not get another first in return - I think there will be a good player at 17 so I don't think they need to move up but if they see a player they really want they could move up, but that's it

There's going to be centers available through trade and FA - whoever doesn't get Kesler and Spezza in trades will be really going hard after Paul Stastny
