I know we have mentioned the blue line in another thread, but I would be interested in Christian Ehroff? Curious what the Sabres would ask in return? Anyone else think highly of him like I do? Tyler Meyers possibly as well?

I like Ehrhoff and even though the Flyers wouldn't have to pay him much in terms of actual $$$ his cap hit is still a bit iffy

I'd be interested in Tyler Myers. His cap hit is nasty for what he's been the past two seasons, but I think he could be the kind of player to have a resurgence on an actual nhl team. Could be a high risk high reward type guy while his value is at an all time low.

I have a gut feeling that the Sabres would shop Myers at this point. If I'm not mistaken, they have a good group of dmen stashed in the minors. I know the Darcy Regier regime was very against dealing Myers, not so sure about now w new management? I'll have to ask some of my Sabre buddies.

Yep I know around the trade deadline he was rumored to be available, and not super expensive. Could be an interesting move I think.

$5,000,000 isn't too bad of a cap hit if he returns to his form as a rookie. Unfortunately his career appears to be on the decline & he's become a big clumsy oaf.

Flyers don't need Tyler Myers when they got Oliver Lauridsen in the system IMO.

Oliver Lauridsen is a fringe 6/7 NHL defensemen at his fully developed best. Myers has top pair potential if he can revert to rookie season form and then continue to develop.

Morin would be a better example of why they wouldn't need him though, hopefully anyway
