I've mentioned it a couple of times.

It's my contention that BOP holds the blackshirt tradition in contempt and it's been his intent to kill them off since he's been here. Blackshirts are an individual award and they do not meet is idea of defense. Being how the media no longer asks about them, it looks like he's been successful in finally erasing them from the program.

BOP would get extremely angry when the media would ask about them in the past.
