Nation-wide there are way more 49ers fans than Chiefs fans, and it's not just the population of California. You can thank Joe Montana and Steve Young because a lot of out of state NFL fans like the 49ers.

I'm actually seeing links now that suggest that there will be more Chiefs fans at the game than Niners fans.

That would legitimately stun me. There really aren't that many people from KC that are rich enough to shit out the money for the SB and the pre-game festivities to make it fun. I know it has been a long drought, but there just aren't a lot of Chiefs fans out there and not a lot of big money either.

Neither side is going to have enough fans to where crowd noise will be a factor so I never really cared who had more fans. I can't recall one Super Bowl off the top of my head where crowd noise played a significant role.

It's going to be a good mixture of Chiefs fans, 9ers fans, and people that just want to go to the Super Bowl and will probably cheer for everything.

SB 54 is going to be a repeat of the Buccs / Raiders SB. Great QB gets smashed by a great defense. :heh:

NFC wins by double digits.

KC has about 2 million people in the metro area. I believe San Francisco is bigger. That would probably explain a lot of it

KC sucks at yards per carry (20th vs Niners’ 8th), so our resident moron is clinging to some cherry-picked, non-stat to make himself feel better for 3 more days until the Niners bitch-slap the Chiefs by double digits. :heh:
Nice call shithead....get back under your rock

Ha ha What a whiney bitch you are.
Remember earlier in the year when you were crying about JG not getting attention from the media and you huff'd-n-puff'd about Mahomes getting all the attention? Remember when I told you SF wasn't shit?

At least if ticket sales are any indication that is:

As Super Bowl tickets climb into historical territory, data is pointing to the 49ers as the 'home' crowd

In a way it's a bit surprising. KC is at least geographically closer to Miami, which might account otherwise for a bit more cross country car traffic. And you'd think with not having played in a Super Bowl for 50 years, that would be incentive enough for Chiefs fans to scarf up tickets by the droves. But then again, there is a ton of $$$ in that Silicon Valley part of the Bay Area, so cost is certainly no object with the Niners crowd.

Yet it sounded like Arrowhead in that stadium....so there's that
