Never realized how far the NFL went to cover up concussions until I saw this documentary,

League of Denial: The NFL’s Concussion Crisis | FRONTLINE | PBS

Reminds me of the stories you hear about tobacco companies covering up the harms of smoking.

If you ask me, the NFL deserves to be sued for this.

I think the major issue is how they suppressed research & mislead people into believing that concussions are no big deal.

Yeah, so many fatalities caused by CTE. To this day Goodell still denies these findings. That's the saddest part.

It's a money game for everyone involved, the NFL, NFLPA, & the players. The NFLPA had there own doctors on these boards & had the information the NFL supposedly covered up. How can it be a cover up if the NFLPlayersA had the info? So that's why I don't get outraged or appalled when stories like this come out.

The players are starting to come around. But the vast majority of the media & 'fans' put their heads in the sand like the NFLPA did on this issue.

They were all making $$$ & all parties involved did everything they could to maximize the $$$ they kept making.

Because they denied the information & took whatever steps necessary to cover it up. I don't think that the players had the information here.
