This is so dumb. Nantes is at least 4 hours driving from Paris, plus any traffic, meaning they could be spending 10 hours on a bus both ways. If they took TGV they wouldn't have been able to leave until Sunday morning meaning they miss a good portion of the day for rehab etc. with a Champions League match against Juve today. PJ was the only option that made sense here.

I’ll say this for Tuchel, with the inability to do basically any business including keeping players who were pending contract expirations and then having to replace those guys and start negotiations from scratch maybe this was inevitable.

But it’s some of the guys still there, especially up front, who looked really piss and I think a lot of that boils down to tuning the manager out. Had to be done.
