Well when I do make chilli I use Ground Chuck Italian Sausage or Charizo. And yes always beans I love beans lentils etcSounds Delicious!!!

Ground beef? Chuck roast? Brisket? Cubed Steak?
I use a combo of steak grilled on the weber then cubed and and ground beef.
A couple Jalapenos, a couple chili peppers, a habanero or two, and both black beans and ranch beans.
And I've taken partial to Bernheim Original.
