LMAO … thanks but I couldn’t find the degree symbolHey Happy Bday. Where in Florida
Clarksville TN.Gonna be 60 here on Saturday … gotta prune the orchard
… anyone here not living in Florida?
Clarksville TN.
On the KY border almost straight north of Nashville.
It was 82 yesterday. looking like that again today, with severe thunderstorms tonight and tomorrow.
I have a tree to trim and I need to aerate/overseed my lawn either this weekend or next.
Southern hospitality! How’s the folks down there? …
Nashville is Music City. It used to be country, but A LOT of rockers live there now. Sun Records out of Memphis was the starting point for many rockers in the '50'sI hear good things about that neck of the country but I don’t like the music it’s known for
Chattanooga. Another beautiful city. Very...Artsy? Progressive. Halfway between Nashville and Atlanta. 2-3 hours in either direction. In the mountains so snow once or twice every year, but nothing that lasts. a college town too. Just outside is where I would like to retire, depending on where my kids go.… I have a sister in Tallahassee and a snowbird brother-in-law in Palm Beach and close relatives and friends throughout the state so we always thought we’d end up there …. but damm , they’re all nuts down there and since the 70s (when I lived there for a bit) it’s turned into a giant suburb of developments … with the worst kind of people: retirees, temp snowbirds, tourists, pissed off natives (can’t blame ‘em one bit), etc.
… and now with the home prices, we’ll probably stay here … cold, but sane

Your wife likes to fish?I love Tennessee but
I love Tennessee but my wife won't live there.
Here in Lagrange, GA, we live in a really nice neighborhood next to a 30,000 acre lake with a lot of fish.
The weather is mild all year. My house is a 4 BR, 3 bath home and my house payment is under $900/month, including tax and insurance.
I was born under a wandering star........Never seen a place that didn't look better looking back.....
Why not?I love Tennessee but

Yeah...We moved 7 times before I was 4, and it was just kinda in my destiny to keep doing it I guess. I got hooked up with a big construction company building Water and Waste Water Treatment Facilities and it would take me a while to count up the times I've moved and states I've worked since. But I will say it has been nice being here at Fort Campbell for 20 years and being home with my kids every night.I was born under a wandering star........Never seen a place that didn't look better looking back.....
I’m writing my retirement notice now
