I get it but cmon Kiss better than Rush. So there is a post on FB "Vintage Kiss Poster" and I replied "Most overrated band ever". Someone replied with that's your opinion who do you like Rush? I said yeah amongst other bands I like Rush, but do you really want to compare the lyrical content of the two, or do you really want to compare Peter Criss to Neal Peart? Oyyyy

Kiss was a promotion, not a significant band.
Judge them as promotors and you might start putting make-up on?
Me? Not going to put make-up on for even a good band!

Both of those were niche bands but one were niche artists while the other was a niche attraction.

I will say the artists that made up Rush were some of the most talented musicians ever, The music they put out I just didn't care for.

Sorry, I'm exhausted. Can't listen to very much of that stuff. that plays worse than my nine holes of golf today, with y sister in law laugh8ing her ass off.

In 1979, I was building nuclear power stations like Trojan, Arizona Power, Duke, Romania.

I was cruising in a 1976 Ford LTD, waiting for my second daughter to be born and pissed as hell because my wife said I had to sell my 1956 Chevy Sedan Delivery to set up a nursery.

So most know by now that for the last 2 to 2.5 years I have been remodeling my home. Down to the last little bit getting driveway redone monday, then soffit and I am done. Or thought I was. I told the wife, we need to replace the garage door too. She agreed, where we differ is she wants the run of the mill seven panel door something to match the paint scheme of the house. I think for a couple of hundred bucks more let's get something more appealing something with a little flare. I think the garage door can add curb appeal and worth the extra bucks. What say you all
