SM is a 2-time head coach and old Packers QB coach. I'm pretty sure he has evaluated a few QB's even before he got to the NFL network.. Now this is currently what his job is. Evaluating QB talent at the combine.

Are Peyton, Brady, Warner, Farve on this list or not?

I'm pretty sure guys like Young, Staubach, Montana, Moreno, Elway, Bradshaw are not but then again, who knows? Mouch has been at it a long time.

I just wanted to have some names to have a respective opinion and a greater understanding.

It could really ramp an opinion of JW.

I would guess the older guys NO, but Favre and Warner were on the Packers when Mariucci was the QB coach I believe. And my other guess is he's been doing this at least since he's been covering the combine and working for NFL Network.. I guess the point is that Mooch has been around and seen some QBs.

As far as I know, you've never been one to sport anything other than that classic Groucho glasses and stash avi so it a real change for sure.
