Of course the rotations have been tough with injuries, but establish a balanced rotation and only change it where needed because of those injuries. Don't put 3 defense only guys on the court together, for instance. These players need to develop some routine and familiarity with the players in their rotation.

Sure enough. Adding another player isn't going to solve the locker room toxicity and cancer that now controls it. Someone or somebody's are generating this stuff and Ham has lost his mind. Another embarrassing loss. Ham continues to not play the rotation that was the most successful last year. Some sort of egomaniacal shit going on that even Stu Lance has called them out on. What a mess all of a sudden.

Needs to happen.

They made it to the WCF last season but Ham's weakness has been his weird subbing patterns. His strength has been getting them to play good defense but even that is not so great this season.

The Lakers also have alot of one-way players on the roster. Ham plays them too much. One of the reasons the Lakers are in the bottom third in scoring is because they depend on James and AD to carry the offensive load every night. Ham plays guys like Vanderbilt who is primarily defense too many minutes and then brings Reaves off the bench when he should be starting. Ham has lost this roster and now needs to go in favor of Handy!!

Still think a trade is needed regardless. Defense at guard (especially PG) and another big (Hayes has disappointed).
