You are right about one thing DJ. That being, as the Lakers continue to lose, and it looks like they will and could 0-8 be pretty soon, the more the Lakers will contend to engage in trade talks to improve their roster with people who can help. All the scenarios we discussed all summer and now and into the future appear to be at play and as the losing continues< I am quite certain the Lakers will do a trade that benefits them going forward.

What they need to do is find competing offers and play them against each other. Get Indiana and the Jazz (and Spurs?) to compete for those draft picks to get the best possible return.

And Charlotte. I like Rozier a lot as a#3 and GH could be a nice #4. Both can shoot and that gives us a nice quartet.

If they chose to trade him....I think they would get a fair return. He is just 29 still.
Yeah, but a lot of injuries and he can’t stay healthy.

Nobody is giving up valuable draft picks for I guy who only plays 40 games a season.

Reaves and Ryan need more PT.

Reaves making 47% of his treys and Ryan sinking 55.6% of his treys.

Well what do we have here? Walker, Brown, and Westbrook are the top scorers as the Lakers lead the Pelicans by 14 at the half.

James and AD are under 10 points each. The Lakers exploded in the Second Quarter doubling the Pels production. Let's see if the Westbrook-led second team has a big Third Quarter unlike the historical Lakers' Third Quarters that are usually unmitigated disasters.

With that Three-pointer, the Pels cut the lead to 4 points.

Now the Lakers are losing the Third Quarter as the Pels open up a 10-point advantage and the lead is now just Two Points.
