if you make him a werewolf that obviously changes the overall story because he has to deal with the issues that go along with being a werewolf

The entire show has been good as long as you don't look at every minute detail with a magnifying glass, trying to search for something to complain about.

Henry and Sam storyline
Tess sacrificing herself for Joel and Ellie
The entirety of Episode 3
The reuniting of Tommy and Joel
Joel protecting Ellie like that's his daughter, the evolution of their relationship

There's a ton to be impressed with in this show, but, obviously, this is like talking to a brick wall because, god forbid the young-looking (age not confirmed so it's just speculation created by the viewer) black lady said she was an ADA in Nebraska 20 years ago and, oh man watch out, they have a dog scene to show how Ellie can't be detected by dog sniffers and only by the actual detectors! The blasphemy!

My wife felt that way for a bit, saying "I hope they don't go there" when Ellie was riding with Joel and, for a bit, she put her face on his back.

Of course they could go "GOT" and completely destroy the characters, but I don't see them doing that.

Ah I didn't play the game.

but it wasn't really well done on the show. Still not a big deal, and it didn't affect the episode negatively, but the episode as a whole is far inferior to ep. 3.

Show has kind of lost me... Episode 1 and 2 were pretty good. 3 and 7 were Lifetime originals that really dragged on too long. 4 was okay... 5 and 6 were fairly meh.

I think after episode 1 and 2 I was really excited for episode 3. After 3 I was like, "Uhh, okay whatever." 4 I was like "Okay, let's tune in next week." 5, 6, and now 7 have progressively have lost my interest.

Wont be surprised if I forget to tune in for a while.
