Just got home awhile ago from watching it. It was amazing. It tied in very well leading into Episode IV "A New Hope."
It sure did. In ways I was not expecting it to as well as the obvious.

I saw it in 3D. Damn that was some serious awesome special effects. I'm probably going to see it again in regular format. Anyway, Darth Vader was epic. It just brought back memories for me when I first watched the original back in '78 on how friggin' intimidating he is. The dude will always be my favorite Sith Lord, hands down. If you liked Reservoir Dogs, you will like H8. If Dogs was just Meh to you, skip H8...I have hateful eight on rental. I've already determined it's not really worth it.
