as soon as Soto dinged that, I teared up (a little didn't cry)...not just because of Soto....because you knew that was it, we were going to make it.

Honestly, I'd rather face Price than Shields, I realize Shields is in KC of course,
but it seems like we hit better against Price

I'm glad they showed some heart. I don't care who we were playing. It's not easy to close the season with 7 wins. The Angels just got done beating the A's, and wanted more than anything to keep us from continuing. I'm glad we will have Nelson in the line-up tomorrow, but I would like to have Soto in there as well. You can't take out Gentry, so that leaves Soto on the bench.

The chance to crush them and their dreams and their souls and their fans’ souls and their fans’ children’s souls and their fans’ children’s pet turtles’ souls is completely worth the chance that we lose and let them in. After all, it’s not like we’re not used to that happening or anything.

here's a link to their forum. it's big, and they actually do interviews with big wigs in the organization and stuff, too. they're all okay on there. angels fanatics, of course, but they're okay with reasonable fans of other teams, too.
