I just discovered this film. I don't even remember the Ben Stiller remake from 2007. I'm 43 years old, by the way. I've only watched about the first half of the 1972 film on You Tube. I'm finding it hilariously funny even though this film is 50 years old. I'll probably check out the 2007 remake after I finish the 1972 one.
The other striking thing about this film is Cybill Shepherd. OMG, she was absolutely perfect in 1972. I only knew her from Moonlighting in the '80s. She was super hot on Moonlighting, but she was a total dream woman in 1972. A perfect 10 blonde. She was like Marcia Brady, but more beautiful and with a supermodel body. Seeing 1972 Cybill Shepherd is reason enough to check out this film.
