Ok, fair enough. But Brady's arm strength was average when drafted. Obviously, he's improved on that.

But this guy is below average. But if Jags fans want to hang their hat on looking at Brady as comparison to what he can become, good luck with that. I say he's more Brian Hoyer over the long term.

Even as a flash in the Pan he is making a team that was 0-2 and now 1-2 relevant the rest of the season due to his persona.

They could really use an elite tight end in that offense. Minshew is a very accurate passer it seems, but not the strongest arm, so they need to get him some good intermediate receiver types.

I was fortunate to be able to watch every game while he played at WAZZU... I saw him play live at all the home games... Dude was a complete stud and his persona, leadership were great intangibles for the team and the community... He created a buzz that we've never seen in Pullman - it was a blast... I hope he translates that into a solid NFL career...
