It practically means that the Wolves have created 2.2M of more cap space, while the Hawks added Graham in a hope that there maybe something there that has stayed unexplored from the teams that signed Graham before...

Most probably all players involved in the trade won't be playing in the NBA next season... However, the extra 2.2M of cap space the Wolves got, probably means that there is a bigger trade coming where the Wolves will be adding salary...
