I never like the Flash much anyway. Does anybody else remember the comic where Superman races the Flash around the world? I was probably nine when I bought it so ‘64? Super man is flying of course. The Flash has to vibrate through things like mountains and of course run across water.

And they finish in a dead heat.

I thought the Flash was a decent super hero in the day. I do remember that comic although I forgot the end!

Saw a YouTube vid this morning that basically said they are re-editing this to have Barry completely destroy the “current universe”, which will lead to the reboot/recast of everyone.

No idea if this was just a theory or some inside info, though. It kinda fits with what Barry seems to always do when he causes his Crissis’

If that's the case, I wonder what they'll do with Aquaman and Blue Bettle, which come after this one. Aquaman I don't really care about, but IMO, they should just re-schedule Blue Bettle and make him a part of whatever they do next, instead of making him do a one and done on a dead universe. It's not like Blue Beetle is a super-serious superhero and he should fit well with what James Gunn will try to do.

heres the thing... just because the universe is dead doesnt mean we cant take what we saw before as origin stories if they want... and of all origin stories, aquaman did well... and Mamoa is a big enough actor to keep that story if they want... i would keep it... they dont need to rebuild aquaman... he is essential for justice league, but really such a side hero, that nobody cares about....


I would compare him to THor... But Marvel for some reason has made 4 THor movies... for such a boring character....

Yeah we'll have to wait and see... I guess they repurposed this movie for that reboot. Still don't see Miller playing the Flash in future movies.

As far as lameduck movies, I guess Aquaman is in worse shape.
