Correct my if I'm wrong, but I believe Washington is the only team on that list that doesn't have a ranked OOC win in this timeframe. I'm not even sure they should be top 10-15.
Now wait just a minute - they won the Las Vegas Bowl

Wisconsin’s resume shits on Washington. They threw the Pac-12 a bone on this list. and I’m a Pac 12 fan.

6 seems a bit high for UGA. 2015 and 2016 were lost seasons. Yeah, 10 wins in 15, but that was the least impressive 10 win season of all time.

But I guess when you get past the top few, every team has a couple down years in a 5 year span

Washington at 7 is a bit of a reach IMO. Wisconsin, ND, Michigan and Iowa all have a better winning % over that time frame. They do have a couple conference titles, which the other schools don't, but 3 of those 4 have to deal with OSU(who I would have at #3, not #4). I'd definitely have PSU ahead as well. Having UW ahead of them doesn't make any sense.

Yeah, Washington has a record of 47-20 in past 5 years. that may qualify for maybe a spot in the 20-30 best teams, certainly not top 10 material.

Number 7? Going 0-12 in modern football means you are never allowed to be considered a 10 program for the remainder of life.

Your affinity for Washington is akin to a tween girl over the latest boy band. ...And its rather puzzling because you loathe liberal cesspools, do not live in Washington and are not an alum. ...So what's up with that?
I was born and raised in Washington state, I've done plenty for that school seeing how I've owned houses in that state which makes me a booster seeing how Washington is a public university which means it depends on taxpayer dollars to keep the tuition from going through the roof. With that said Wisconsin went full pussy and ducked out of it's game with Mighty #7.

Alabama is only 11-3 vs. the other 7 teams during this 5 year time-span.
No wonder they are only #2.
Saban should be fired!

/ sarcasm

I wonder who beat them 2 of those three times?

Okay.

You care a hell of a lot more about college football than I do. It's amateur football. I might watch a couple games a year, but it's mostly "whatever" to me.

Any list like this without Texas is a good list.
