Sorry, man. As reluctant as I am to say so aloud (bad karma and all), Michigan beats Michigan State this weekend. Or, not. Inexplicable things happen in this series. In 2004, the Spartans (4-4, 3-2) had a chance to win at Michigan Stadium for the first time since 1990, but could not hold onto a 27-10 lead with 8:43 left. Braylon Edwards caught two touchdown passes to help Michigan erase a 17-point, fourth-quarter deficit in just 5:44 and grabbed a third TD in triple overtime to lift the Wolverines to a 45-37 win. Exhilarating for Michigan--devastating for Michigan State.

Aaaah yes I remember that game. A Michigan player took a cheap shot on Drew Stanton just before half and injuring him and knocking him out of the game.

Not really exclusive to Michigan.
Nebraska erased an 11 point deficit in the 4th Q against Michigan St in 2015 to win in regulation.

Michigan state knows how to blow big leads, but not really in epic fashion.

And the Nebraska WR ran himself out of bounds.

I must be depressed. A Wisconsin-Nebraska game used to really get the juices flowing. Now, Nebraska is just another cupcake.

With the B1G at 14 teams, who do you believe they go after next to get to 16? I believe it's inevitable they're heading in that direction, but the big question is which schools do they target? Probably B12 teams or do they still have their gaze fixed east at the population centers?

Oklahoma should be clear #1
ND #2 although they are kind of locked into the ACC already.

I don't think the athletic programs are the most important part of the equation to them. That stated, adding Ok would be great since they're competitive in both revenue making sports. If they look east, something tells me it's Virginia.

Same 2 that come up every time. Notre Dame and Texas would be my hope. I have no illusions of it ever happening.

I would only want Texas if they dropped the longhorn network and if they didn't try to ruin the league like in B12

I agree, the Longhorns aren't a good fit...too big for their own britches. I think the Notre Dame ship has sailed long ago...they won't get an invite, maybe a card with somebody flipping them off stating, "Too Late, Fuckers".
