Once again, we lose on the road to a team we should've beat. This team lacks true leadership like Joe Harris and Justin Anderson provided. I don't see much more than a one and done in the tournament this year from UVA.

Without Jefferson Duke is aimless. I saw Syracuse spread the floor and run a simple pick and roll taking Plumlee away from the goal over and over and they scored every single time because there was nobody behind him rotating to protect the rim. Duke literally cannot beat a decent high school team right now.

I feel your pain brother. But SU needed a road win against one of the top ACC teams. I know duke is on a skid at the moment, but this one should help SU make the dance. I'm still holding out hope anyways.

Nothing exiting about how poorly they are playing right now. But I guess it is inevitable but Syracuse took it to Duke and they are better than I thought they were and best of luck!

SU's been up and down all year. They won the battle for atlantis with a decent field there. And now road wins at Wake and Duke. But there's also inexcusable losses to the likes of SJU.

I'm hoping this is a real start to the Orange season now that JB has returned. But something tells me this is just another game in an up and down season. Hopefully SU will be playing this way entering the acc tournament.

Could Duke actually miss the NCAA Tournament? If they don't go at least 2-1 on this road trip(@ NC State, Miami, Georgia Tech), I think it could be a likely outcome. 1-4 vs RPI top 50, 3-5 vs. RPI top 100.

I think this win and the win at Wake has awoken this team. It is also inevitable that you will lose a game (like SJU) when you shouldn't. It happens every year, still leaves you scratching you head but it happens. I did however expect this to be a much higher scoring game.
