Thanks Hokies!
Zion waiting on that next ransom payment to clear before he comes back.Without Robinson we were still able to control basically the whole game vs Duke. Without Zion, they're in some trouble. They've got talent, but don't play as a team at all.

28 missed 3s in a row for Jack White makes Bede look like a 3pt specialist. They aren't great at hitting outside shots. With no Zion, there's no interior game whatsoever so you can really defend Duke and get into them to take away driving lanes. That makes hitting outside shots even more difficult for a team that already struggles in that area.
They just say- He's Day-To-Day, which if I was betting he probably could go right now if needed like in tournament play, but to be on the safe side we'll hold him out for a couple weeks to make sure
Glad I had my league night last night and missed the game huh?
I am thinking at this point Duke might just shut him down until tournament time. Clearly they miss him badly however and it cost them the # 1 seed
Noles bounce back and knock off Notre Dame at home Monday night. Struggled more than I would have hoped, but it was nice to see them not let 1 loss to a really good team spiral out of control and turn into 3 or 4 losses like earlier this year. If this team locks in defensively in the NCAA Tournament, I think we're good enough for another elite 8 type run. That being said, it would not shock me in the least to lose in the first round to a 12 or 13 seed.
If Zion wants to play then he should play, whatever his time table for recovery is he should do it. But I don't think they've missed that window of opportunity for a #1 seed yet, too many quality wins for that to happen yet. They need him back no doubt about it.

No doubt he wants to play and appears he can play now. I just think Duke is playing it very safe with him. With last night's loss, the window to get the #1 seed is certainly questionable. The way UNC is playing they could squeak in and grab it
No way he's out for the UNC game, right?
I'm thinking that's the only regular season game he'll play in this season
I'd just sit him the rest of the season and settle for a 2-seed.
What's the 2019/20 starting 5 looking like?:
C: Koprivica
F: Kabengele (hope he stays 1 more yr)
G: Vassell
G: Walker
G: Forest
