not specifically about winning but we do need the players to perform. Not all but certainly those like White, Lowe, IKF, etc. Need to see who has value to build with or trade away.

Personally I think this is one of the most crucial draft/trade months in franchise history. It's rare we have so much value to trade alongside this high a draft position.

I think they can talk to whichever team they want to. If there are any rules against it, I haven't heard of it. Of course, if I am wrong I wouldn't be surprised.

I guess it could just be the team with the first pick that they can talk to.
