Another year together isn't going to change Brunson's and KAT's inability to defend. I'm just indicating that the GM doesn't have many avenues to upgrade the roster to improve the next coach's chances.

This team is topped out as constructed IMO. They were lucky that the Celtics and Cavs fell short and certainly weren't going to be a favorite vs the Thunder. Health of other contenders is the reason they got this far.

But is KAT supposed to be their starting 5 or is he supposed to start at the 4 next to Robinson and rotate to the 5 when he sits? Problem is Robinson’s health.

He's played 48 games over the past two seasons due to injury. He actually shot 68% on his FTs this year, a career high (52% career). His minutes were way down due to the roster changes (KAT). How much do you expect a guy to score that gets less than 5 shots per game? He's a career 69% shooter from the field, you expect that to grow?

Guys picked that late often never even play in the league. And here you are complaining a late pick that is rarely available isn’t integrated into their offense

Again, that’s regarded high enough, granted he doesn’t fit in a 3 game world , still, he has not progressed in any way. And don’t bring up that bs about improving in foul shootin, the ones he misses have been game changers

He’s been injured most of the last 2 years. How is he supposed to improve and integrate with the team from rehab?

And again, it is more common for second rounders to never make the floor than be major contributors.
