Yea im working my dick off right now to get back to 180 pounds. At 183 now but it has taken almost 3 months and a lot more gym time than I ever needed. I could have lost that 20 pounds in like 5 weeks even in my late 30s. I know there is no turning back, I cant afford to have any lulls from here on

I love when the former Showtime Lakers talk about that stuff. They'd play in Boston in summer and not only was the AC "broken", but the windows would be painted shut. They'd show up in the winter and those same windows wouldn't close and there would be no hot water in the showers. lol
