If he couldn’t get consistent minutes on that Laker roster?

He isn’t good enough to get consistent minutes in the NBA.

Take your next contract Jaxson and be thankful you have a lucrative job.

Lakers need to get gafford rerouted to them

How will the lakers survive?

I knew this guy was dumb but gawd dayum

Luka and JJ saved this man's career. He has raw skills and a very low basketball IQ and because of it, was barely holding onto an NBA career. Around January and definitely once Luka got there, they had him looking a viable NBA back up center. The kind you could easily give 15 to 18 mins a game and feel comfortable with. Shut the fuck up and catch the lobs, bro. You are fumbling the bag

They should be available for the right piece.

But I would guess Bucks could better rebuilder assets for Giannis.

So who is the target?

Cavs are in a bit of a tricky spot. Similar to where the Celtics were 2 years ago.

Might be the best course of action is to run it back with small tweaks unless they can land a superstar.

And I am not sure they can.

Agreed. Really depends on what type of players they would be targeting. I would think a bigger defensive guard perhaps? Not sure how Zion would fit unless they're trading Allen to move Mobley to C.

Doesn't seem they need big tweaks, just perhaps a depth reshuffling?

I can understand not being happy with being essentially benched for the playoffs as the Lakers got manhandled trying to play small.

He can walk if he's expecting any kind of raise really. I would be fine with replacing his 3rd center position with Koloko to be honest. At least Koloko showed some perimeter game in the G league beyond Hayes' 3 foot range. He can be a Hayes type lob threat as well.

Holiday going to the clippers

For who though? Celtics need to drop salary. Powell and Dunn, maybe Christie? Clips can absorb a little salary, but don't have any bigs to help offset the potential loss of Porzingis and/or Horford.

Most trades will involve third teams with mid level exceptions or tpes

this is another guy local people have been saying would be an interesting return for Garland if he was dealt- and it works under the cap rules.

would be a gigantic risk---- I think Pels prob would want more anymore......would be interesting though- would also necessitate Allen going out in a separate deal.
zion injury issues not sure I'd want to lose Allen if we got him.

I don’t think they have any choice but to go that route at this point
why? Bigger issue last 2 seasons might be one of them could not play in postseason (and/or badly hampered). also missing Mitchell last year, too, which mattered.

Dude needs to get over himself. He's a backup quality center and proved it by becoming virtually unplayable when he was asked to start.
questioned this guy for a while. HS where I live faced his team in the title game. His team won and he was OK but far from dominating. Tallest player on our team was 6-4.

Maybe....could also see running it back and just hope for better health and internal growth. Not sure can keep both Jerome and Merrill though. May need Tyson or CPJ to step up.

Also a more viable backup big than TT. We are fine there if healthy but if any of Allen, Mobley or Wade are out it's an issue.
