Not saying it will work out but they just had their first full camp together and missing Middleton....he is an underrated player for them. He is a lot better player than Prince (the guy who is starting in his place).....if he comes back and they still playing like this then yeah...it's a failure.

But, while Middleton is no star....he is a player that does a lot of things for them and a glue guy. IMO.

but he's 33 and always injured now. Played 55 games last year and 33 the year prior. You just can't count on him being on the floor any more.

Just meant when healthy he helps them a lot with the different things he does. And they are stuck with him since I doubt any team would trade for him.

The Lillard trade was busty for sure.

The trade made sense but needed to be middleton

Unfortunately he was a free agent

Not reigning middleton or sign and trading him would’ve given them more options

Also, not making an aggregate trade with guys like beauchamp last year was a huge mistake
