In EVERY sport the glamor teams get more press. Y'all small market fans should know this
They can do what they want, just like I can say I want to see the best possible brand of basketball. We know where that is being played at the moment.

The decision also hinges on how loaded you re (Chet is not their best player) and the quality of the opponent

Always depends on situation.

But I would be more likely to sit Chet than I would be SGA.

Can’t lose a game because coach kept the best player on the bench

I agree OKC has one of the best styles out there, not sure how this relates to crying about the media. Lakers and Knicks and controversies will always get more press.

Don’t confuse laughing with crying. Real basketball fans know, that includes you.

I know that glamor teams get more press, sure. Which is why it's not notable or funny to me.

It's not that nobody knows it's that each voter gets to decide for themselves what their criteria is. That's how voting works.
Well that is my point. If everyone votes different it’s like they can just vote for whoever they want without reasoning.

There should be a clear:
1 50%
2 25%
3 25%

3 factors that are weighted. Voting points are calculated on weighted average…I am just giving an example. I mean for all that we know they vote on the best player on the best team that is a clear candidate at the top. Steve Nash over Lebron is an example

They each have their reasons, and probably all have some version of #4. When you let humans vote there will never be unanimous or strictly systematic criteria, each voter will decide what matters to them. Nash over LeBron is an example of another criteria, voter fatigue...just like what SGA will win with this year. SGA also wins this year on #3, and 'best player on best team', Jokic probably wins #1 and #2. It will probably be a pretty close vote.

Yeah I mean voter fatigue is real. If you have system in place it could still happen but seems like it would have to be more strategic. I doubt the system changes anytime soon.

Kemp for GOAT
Outta context, what y’all do best

With all he was blessed with, the one thing he couldn’t control was himself, ya gotta love the game and all it has to offer, ya can’t put yourself first.

As y’all say, he like many have had the same problem!
