Like Lance said recently, he doesn't get serious injuries.....it's little nagging injuries.....rarely (if ever) something serious.

Missing a lot of games with repeated nagging injuries is not good

He may miss a few games but I don't expect him to be out very long.

The Mavs will be fine. They beat a really good Rockets team without him.

He claims it isn't serious so we will see. For his sake, I hope he is telling the truth. Maybe they hold him out until after the AS break which will give him 2 weeks to recover and would only lead to him missing 3 games. We will see

Most impressive win of the season for the Lakers by far. No Lebron. No Luka. Still win convincingly, though Indy did make them sweat a little at the end. Lakers made a trade for the future but may end up being contenders right away

He started something like the last 25 games with the Lakers. Just hard for him to get much publicity with Lebron, AD and Reaves. That's why all of the Lakers fans here were telling the Mavs fans not to sleep on him.

Dallas didn't "win the trade". But it was also not the worst trade ever or a total fleecing. They got back around 80 cents on the dollar and accomplished their goal of not giving Luka a supermax.

I don’t look at it like that. I look at it as a possible 80 cents if AD can stay healthy…if not, it could qualify as the worst ever…not initially but over time. I agree, not worst ever at acquistion

I think Hachimura is more likely to be traded then AR, unless AR doesn't fit with Luka and Bron.

The thing is that AR is not going to be an ideal fit. He just can’t be.

And he will also return a lot more in trade than Hachimura

I expected to be switching over to UFC 312 by halftime. Ended up watching the whole game. Hillbilly Kobe went all Hillbilly Kobe.

They may very well be contenders right away...gonna depend on how quickly everyone can gel.

Lebron has played with guys who need the ball before...but no one with Luka's usage.

He's coming off a strained abdomen. I just assumed he pushed himself too hard to get back because of the trade and aggravated it. Initial thoughts were he'd probably be out until the all star break but he came back within a week. He had played almost every minute of the game up to that point and was beast.
