I still believe NBA is so much more about players than coach but sure coach matters.....have to say if you can double your win total by the all star break (or fall 1-2 short) that would be pretty damn impressive not just for JB but direction of the team. Especially with no Ivey for so long.

Yeah, to go to at least Eastern contender status need that splash addition, I think......doesn't look like any really high picks are coming so not sure how they get that done.

Goodwin was a decent addition. But, we need to add a backup SG in the buyout market.

Turner could potentially slide in as a 4, might be a tricky fit though.

BI if he come back to earth on his salary target

Or they obviously have flexibility through trade

Randle would be another option
