He's so fixated on keeping that extension offer alive. Next, he's going to show up at Beal's front door to "convince" him to waive his NTC.
That’s why I hate people talking about these picks 5 plus years down the road. Nobody knows what teams will be good/bad in 2031
Luka concerns have been well documented. He quit defensively in last year's run at times, is never in prime shape seemingly, has a recurring calf issue, and was due the Supermax this summer. Having said all that, he's been top 5 in the league despite all of those issues and has been all NBA 5 times already at age 25. With guys like Embiid and Zion having health/conditioning issues so publicly taking their teams down, the Mavs cut bait.
Would most of us (if not all) choose Luka over the concerns? Sure. They didn't. They had the good sense to come to the Lakers with their concerns, and Rob was there with a shoulder to cry on and a caring attitude (lol).
Best as I can tell all the Bulls are getting out of that deal is out of Lavines contract.
They got a 1st (their own back from SA), a shooter in Huerter (he should step into Zach's starting spot), a backup big in Collins, and a backup PG in Jones.Bulls did OK, as they were never going to get much for Lavine with that contract.
Just throwing it out there
Klay
Pj Washington
Powell
Omax
Is enough money for Dallas to trade for Ingram lol
PB& Strawberry Jelly sammies are GOATed.
Kleber has not been ruled out for the season yet. He could return late in the season or for the playoffs.
Saw that yesterday when somebody else said the same thing.
Where the Hell were you yesterday, Shoppy?

They didn't have to give up multiple 1st rounders to get off LaVine's contract.

Kleber has another year left on his deal....prolly be hard to trade him. Trade him in the offseason maybe or at the deadline next season most likely....Outside chance. Would rather see him dealt by Thursday. Can be traded on his own, just not with any other assets. Would be tough though.
Not sure why I keep typing Kleiza lol. Not exactly a current reference ha ha.
I agree.Did better than the Kings IMO, for what they needed.
Then at minimum Nico is exceptionally poor at evaluating what he should have got for Luka.
Watching Laker content. I was here EARLY on Sunday.
Well then don’t put Steph in the trade. Put other players that play on the WarriorsIf it was the Warriors, there's no way their fan base would accept a Steph trade.

Plus, Hachimura, Reaves and hell even Westside Knecht as actual good players....love Knecht but we need a big and some defense now. I would prefer to keep Vincent now since he plays defense and his offense is coming around a little lately. But, he would work for salary purposes in a deal....If they don’t lakers have quite a few expiring picks to make a move
