Ah. But see…

Jalen Brunson is a normal dude in a league of athletic freaks. He is a perennial all star and he made it off his skill, savvy and toughness.

There is a lot to admire there.

And a lot more realistic for a kid to model his game after a guy like Brunson than it is to model Ja Morant or any number of physical freaks in the NBA.
I'm not surprised that you teach kids to be whiners.

Who taught you?
My point stands and you could not refute it. Jalen Brunson wannabes are not getting those calls because they're not defensive fouls and it's a shit style to watch. But the Knicks are an important product for the NBA so they make sure to change the results on the court to fit their marketing agenda for their media business.

No, you point is straight up biased opinion and very easy to counter.

But pretty silly to argue with idiots. So not going to do it.

Lol no one is giving those calls at any other level. It would be stupid to let a kid get away with that bullshit. But at the "highest level" they do it because it's new york.

Not the point.

Learning how to draw fouls is something every kid should absolutely learn how to do.

Anyone who doesn’t is limiting their offensive value.

And yes, officials at every level are susceptible to calling fouls when the offensive player does a good job of embellishing contact.

It’s like some expect players to just continually try to drive a square peg through a round hole. Every job in every walk of life has nuances that drive efficiency.

Refs at the highest level give in to players' whining when they are told to by new york.

Players at the lower levels cry that they couldn't brunson their way into some free points and foul trouble for the opponent. Then they get to learn real basketball. Which they don't learn from watching the nba.

You don't know the difference and you don't care that new york corrupts the integrity of the league. I already heard you.

Any kid that models their game after Jalen Brunson is a bitch and is getting no calls in their league because none of the calls are legit. It's just a new york market call.

That's quite rich coming from a Joel "The flopping foul merchant of Phili" Embiid fan.

Your opinion.

And a bad one honestly.

Lots of players whine and get rewarded with whistles. Not just in NY.

And I am not talking about the whining. Not teaching that. Teach the flopping. That is smart basketball.

The whining part you get teed up at lower levels. But it is consistently allowed in the NBA to most stars.
