Agree but the bold is still an if, there is no certainty he will get into the high 30’s. I guess we just expect it bc of his talent level and every shot if “open” bc he is so damn tall. I mean if he did become a great shooter maybe like a Dirk he could be the most unstoppable player of all-time.

Agreed that it is definitely an if.

What I am really strongly against is the point that you made and I have seen quite a few others post it too.

People against bigs shooting 3s.

If bigs can shoot it, they absolutely should.

If they can’t, then they shouldn’t.

Saw this clickbait suggested.

3 team trade involving the Lakers, Jazz and Pels.

Lakers get B.I., Sexton and Kessler.
Jazz get D-Lo, JHS, Vincent and 3 first round picks.
Pels get Rui, Vando, Drew Eubanks and 2 second round picks.

Even the author called it..."extremely optimistic on the Lakers side". lol

That isn’t extremely optimistic.

That is the type of stuff that gets lakers people labeled as homers

I agree on the player options (and the biggest failure, not getting Valanciunas this summer when Lebron was giving away salary).

However, I can't get behind giving up both picks to get one player like Cam Johnson, Walker Kessler, or Jerami Grant. Those are the trades that are out there right now.

It won't be one player though

Well that is obvious but I said “at his size” but that is knowing he was shooting low 30’s and taking 9 a game. I believe has been shooting better of late so his deep ball numbers were worse. Not smart. He is shooting 62% from 2’s. If he establishes some kind of post game or a move or two that can to up possibly.

So the fact he is attempting 9 3’s at 32% and 9 2’s at 62% is very strange. Maybe he wants to avoid more contact and gets pushes around or he loves shooting? Who knows. He definitely has the capability of shooting well and a nice stroke but 32% isn’t good

And Lakers fans...at least the ones here...get a good laugh at people who get their jimmies rustled over that stupid shit.
Well it would seem everyone has something to be amused at then.
