With Maxey running things....
With Maxey running things....
I can see their desire to do so but both franchises shot their load in acquiring KD and Dame. They really don’t have assets to do much more than add a guy who would be like the 7th or 8th best player on their playoff roster.I would be really shocked if Milwaukee and Phoenix were players in the trade market.

That Tweet about acquiring Bridges had me dying.I don't know what Phoenix could possibly do.

Brown would work.Which is all the bucks really need
They need a better defender at guard
It’s really been much more of a “everybody shares the ball” kind of scheme. Especially lately the Sixers have played Maxey more off ball. The recent change over the last two weeks tells me that if the Sixers make a deal it would be to add a starting level combo guard so that player and Maxey can share duties and swap on ball/off ball. With Maxey running things....
They don’t even have the salary to make that happen unless they send Portis and ConnaghtonBrown would work.
But, I doubt they have anything the Raps would want.
Losing Portis isn't an option so nah. They don’t even have the salary to make that happen unless they send Portis and Connaghton
Brown would work.

This is why I really liked Dejounte being the add to the Sixers.
I’m hoping nobody else is willing to give ATL two firsts except the Sixers and the choice in front of the Hawks is 1 first and a starter vs 2 firsts and an expiring contract. I think the Hawks would lean toward the two firsts.
The only tradeable picks they have is 2 seconds one in 2024 and one in 2027. The Raptors take on two years of salary. Maybe Portis fits them as a back up big? Connaughton doesn’t. I think Toronto can do better than Portis and 2 seconds for Brown who likely goes for a first and a useable player. Additionally, Bucks create a hole in their front court depth with no Portis.Brown would work.

Always thinking about food, ain't ya?
he's trying!
I'd almost argue the Pistons would have a decent reason to fire him and then sue him for violation of his contract. I don't know of any precedent though.
