Yea spo going to have to make changes to the 4th quarter rotation. These numbers are horrific. I dont even think its necessarily a jimmy issue because knowing spo he's not going to play jimmy more than 7 or 8 minutes in the 4th but need to find a better group to start the 4th

Holy shit! Look at the Sixers 3Qs. Is that what happens when you actually have a coach who works during halftime and doesn’t just keep saying “Come on guys. Come on guys.” I like this idea of having a competent NBA coach. Wish the Sixers had thought of it sooner.

Yeah but how many are actually close to living up to their potential? Cade, Duren, and mayby Ivey?

Bagley, Hayes, and Wiseboy are all disappoinments for me

Beef stew is solid but he is just a role player. I think Cade and Duren got star potential

I think benching Ivey is a mistake. His MPG is down from 31 last year to 20 this year

Meanwhile as for Orlando, I like damn near all of their picks with the exception of Issac and maybe Suggs

Franz and Banchero got star potential and I like what Cole Anthony does for them in the 6th man role.

Detroit may need to make a Houston like free agency splash if they have the cap space to spee up the process
Basically what I’m saying, they are not capitalizing on sucking like other teams are.

@LogicMan @Gman @The Q

Did you see Jaylen's dunk over Gobert in the 1st quarter last night? It was nasty.
Yea... here's a link for everyone following along:

Shame the C's didn't get a win, too... they had every opportunity to take this one in regulation.

How about he make the shot at the end?
I wish both the Jay's had a mentality to drive first in situations like that... it always seems like their plan is to do a step back jump-shot no matter what... totally predetermined.

@WiggyRuss

Credit where credit is due. Wiseman looks every bit the bust. I like Duren a lot, but even then for Wiseman to not get any run on the Pistons is a big indicator.

But don't you dare come for Trayce Jackson-Davis!

Wiseman was just born in the wrong era. Him, like Jahlil Okafor, would have been good centers back in the 2000's. Big man offense was more valued and wasn't as much 3 point shooting to draw them away from the hoop. Bigs who can't defend the perimeter can't play in today's era.

Antman was on one last night.

That kid is going to be a serious problem.

I hear ya. I’m torn on that. But let me play Devil’s advocate from the other side. Analytics have even impacted the way athletes train and prepare. If you are working on your bag all year it’s that distance jumper you’ve trained over and over and over again. It’s not just the Jays. It’s all over the league.

For me, there’s nothing more open in those spots as the mid range jumper. Nobody defends it well anymore. Guy goes to the hoop and the defense expects finish or penetration to get a 3 so they look for shooters. You go to the rim and pull up at 8-10 you are likely getting a high percentage look. In theory…but these guys don’t work that shot anymore and when we are talking big moments you want muscle memory to take over to deal with pressure and when you’re in that spot you go to the comfort zone. Maybe that midrange is the next step for their development.
