Let’s see how long Spoles plan on resting Jimmy this time. If he puts him back in in the 6 mins mark, we’ll lose this game.
Yea spo going to have to make changes to the 4th quarter rotation. These numbers are horrific. I dont even think its necessarily a jimmy issue because knowing spo he's not going to play jimmy more than 7 or 8 minutes in the 4th but need to find a better group to start the 4th

This is posted on the same day I started seeing AD is the favorite for DPOTY award. Looks like Bam took that shit personally

He played great, but as a minor qualifier I will add that for a large chunk of the night his only competition for boards was Christian Wood. He's been playing better than expected, but far from a strong rebounder. Hopefully that hip spasm issue for AD is short-lived and/or Sideshow Hayes is back soon from his ankle injury. Playing with 1 big is far from ideal, lol.

Never said it was a big deal but our teams played and yours won.

Well, a portion of the Lakers played. 5 guys out to start the game, finished without 2 more. A little more available depth couldn't hurt lol.

Heat won fair and square, it's just tough to forced to play such a short rotation this early. Get those 2 way kids activated for nights like this.

Lakers need to learn how to rebound better. Orlando had their way with them on the glass as well

It's their biggest problem thus far (defensive rebounding and second chance points).

They need their forwards back. Rui, Vando, etc. They're trying to switch everything defensively too, which doesn't usually translate to blocking out very well. Plus, AD helping defensively without the proper rotation behind him leading to easy put backs.

Look at that Lakers first quarter rating. Abysmal.

They have a lot of key injuries for you to make that statement
Bogdonovic is the only one that has been out all year and they are 2-6. Maybe they can turn it around but it looks like a high lottery pick yet again to me.

How bad did they look?
BRUTAL

Total implosion at the start of the 4th.

First quarter was all.........WESTBROOK.

Seriously, we would have been down 20 without him.

Neither team could put that ball in the basket 1st half.

I think the halftime score was like 39-43 or something close to that.

Valid but what game do you think they should have won? The schedule wasn't favorable either

Losses came against Miami, OKC, POR, Pels, Suns, and Warriors

The only one i would say is Portland but those other teams should beat them

valid point, the only real close loss was to the Heat though. We will see how they develop. They should be competing to make the playoffs though.

why?

I think teams like orlando and indy are there for that but not detroit. They're in the same tier as charlotte for me

Detroit has had as many high picks as Orlando right?

Yeah but how many are actually close to living up to their potential? Cade, Duren, and mayby Ivey?

Bagley, Hayes, and Wiseboy are all disappoinments for me

Beef stew is solid but he is just a role player. I think Cade and Duren got star potential

I think benching Ivey is a mistake. His MPG is down from 31 last year to 20 this year

Meanwhile as for Orlando, I like damn near all of their picks with the exception of Issac and maybe Suggs

Franz and Banchero got star potential and I like what Cole Anthony does for them in the 6th man role.

Detroit may need to make a Houston like free agency splash if they have the cap space to spee up the process
