No shit? Really? Didn’t know that. I have posted articles of team members saying the exact same thing. Then yesterday someone else posts facts about the Thunder showing they are doing things literally no one else has done at this stage. Excuse me but I’m going to see the games played out. Bet against the Thunder at your own peril.

It's been almost a decade since the Thunder won a playoff series. Have any of the current roster even played in the playoffs yet? It's very uncommon to have a deep run the first time in. Of course they've been great thus far, but there is a reason young teams take time to advance.

So they should play scared? He could get hurt in the first game back just the same. These same guys play pickup games during the offseason.

You could argue that a game vs the Pistons in December is meaningless too. Should Shai sit out that game?

Yeah, that's what I said. And in case you hadn't noticed, players sit out meaningless games pretty regularly and even occasional meaningful games.

What game is more meaningless than an All-Star game?

If you don't want to play, don't. Let someone else step in.

The league has taken steps to help prevent sitting out meaningless games.

Yep. The KD/Russ Thunder in their first playoff experience lost in the 1st round. The next season, they lost in the WCF, then made the finals the following season. That's typically been how it works.

Not gonna say that the Thunder can't/won't buck that trend...but if I were a gambler...I wouldn't put much money on it.

And yet, it's still happening.

And if you don't want to watch...don't.

Just ignore the fact that the majority of the fanbase wanted to keep DLo because of his hot streak instead of improving at the position I guess?

He's trying hard to be the new "hot take" guy, I guess he really wants that rep.

To be fair...hot takes are about all he has left anymore. lol

2023 Cavs understand.....though I do believe with THIS roster we could have won a series last year if not more.

Cavs have more playoff experience too.
do you mean now or last year's team had more than this year's Thunder?

Either way guessing both are true.....but was still the Cavs first time playing together in the playoffs AND they had the youngest starters in the conference (never mind a pretty bad bench). same might be true of OKC except maybe the bench?

The Suns are currently the #5 seed and have the toughest remaining schedule in the League.

Their remaining opponents have a .564 winning %.
