To a certain kind of Laker fan, it's the only way to see itYou are expressing anger at George Karl.
When he did what was best for his team instead of what was best for the Lakers.
Pretty narrow view.

And as I said, you, me and everyone else only know it worked out better for the Nuggets because of hindsight. At the time, that was a fair deal and Karl shut it down not because it was bad deal or wanting the best for his team, but more a fuck you to Carmelo Anthony.
Gotta ignore the facts. You and @tlance miss the context or are you both just ignoring it?
The trade was proposed prior to Bynum's knees falling off and Odom going full Kardashian (never go full Kardashian).
Considering what happened to Bynum's knees and the issues Odom had after he was traded...yeah, it would have been disastrous for the Nugs and it proves the old adage that sometimes the best trades are the ones you don't make, to be true.
But at the time it was discussed...there was nothing wrong with it. At that time it basically would have been trading an All-Star and a near All-Star for an All-Star and a near All-Star.
Bud Light? I knew you were a tranny.Chasing Ibuprofen with Bud Light after spending the day in Hell aka Chuck E Cheese.

Yes they'd be in good shape if he was defended in real games the way he is herethis is the Dame Lillard the bucks thought they were trading for

You've not bothered arguing whether the deal was better than what the Knicks gave them
I don't think there was a boatload of picks from the Lakers actually.
But it also makes way more sense to deal him to the East.
