Seahawks set to sign Zeke Ansah. Nice pick up at $5.5M. But has the possibility of earning an additional $8M. I'd like to see what those bonuses are. Ansah has only played 2 full seasons and is still coming off an injury.
I was hoping NE would take a look at him but at a possible $13.5 I'm sure BB lost interest.

actually thats a great deal, incentive laden. WHen he plays hes a monster. WHEN HE PLAYS. so if they get the production, he gets paid, and if not, they didnt lose much......

I agree his skill set could flourish in that Seattle scheme? If he's healthy. That's why I want to see the incentives. Games played, % of defensive snaps, tackles, sacks...

The only thing Seattle loses is if he can't stay healthy they'll need someone else to plug that hole. Rams will give them fits and I'm curious to see what SF can do this year?

KC trades a 6th rounder for Darron Lee. Smart move by them. He looked last year like things were clicking as he finished as a top 25 LB in the NFL. Could end up being a major steal.

Doesn't cost them a comp pick either , which is nice.

Baltimore signs former first round OLB Shane Ray, who previously played with Denver. He had a solid first two seasons, registering 14 total sacks, including 8 in his 2nd season. However his past two seasons have been injury-marred and he's only registered 2 total sacks. Baltimore could end up being a perfect spot for him, with plenty of opportunity to crack the starting lineup and possibly replace Terrell Suggs.

It looks like the Chiefs made the final move they need to flesh out the 'new look' defense. Lee is more of a coverage LB which is good because Dorian O'Daniel is the only other one on the roster, imo, and Lee is more athletic.

This gives me LB flexibility for the first time since Derrick Johnson was still good

Maybe the Jets pay a chunk of his salary, to get better value for him.

Correct. How about Jacobs for Bell and the Jets kick in on Bells salary?
For how long though , gase wants out of that salary...... now they keep paying on it
