Bell is an established workhorse who has been a stud in the league for years. Hell, Jacobs was never even the RB1 in college, let alone in the pros. If I'm the Raiders, I'd happily let him sit if he thinks as a late first round RB he's going to get a 4-year deal fully guaranteed, unless maybe it's like $4-5m a year.

You're right but this also isn't thought of as that strong of a rookie RB class. Has any rookie RB ever had a fully guaranteed deal? If guys like Elliott or Gurley can't get it, there's no way a guy like Jacobs should.
