Well I had my draft tonight and I think it went really well. Lot's of value picks but a possible price to be paid for that value. 12 team non-PPR. I drafted 6th and this draft does not snake. If all stay relatively healthy this team should compete. Passing TD's-2Pts. with bonus for lenght of TD. Rushing/Receiving TD's 3 Pts. with bonus for length of TD. We all have to keep 1 with the option for 2.
We start 1QB,2RB,2WR,2FLEX(WR/RB/TE),1TE,1K and 1DEF.

So there it is: I would have been perfectly happy taking either Bernard or Nicks in the 5th but when I saw DMC still there I had to pop on him. Lots of guys I was targeting didn't fall but that was OK because I feel I was able to get better value, Also forgot I made a draft pick trade last year(that's why no 10th and 2 15's). Anyway, besides TE I think it's pretty solid if they stay fairly healthy. I passed on a few damn good players to pick up Tate and hopefully that just ends up being a wasted pick but it felt necessary.
Thoughts on this team?

I think that's a pretty solid team, Sam. Lots of talent, lots of depth.

I've never done a draft that doesn't snake. That seems awfully unfair for the guy picking 12th... ?

It's done in reverse order from last year's finish and is supposed to keep teams from dominating every year............hasnt been working so good lately though.

I like it Sam, hard not to when you start off with two 1st rounders already on the team right?
Would prefer some younger stud WR's than Smith and Andre, but they just keep on producing, so not much to complain about.

Usually I would agree but this guy is the 2nd biggest asshole in the league (wonder who the biggest is?). Anyway, he and another guy were openly talking about it and they were already talking about who was getting him. Wish I could remember who I passed on for him..............I told them to shut the hell up and then......I picked him...............lol.

I hate McFadden but in a standard league i think he's worth the risk until he goes down.

No, I did......lol..........but I will say this and I kid you not (Will).................RGIII went as the 5th pick in the 8th round and had he made it past there he wasn't making it to pick 7!

They were all gone. Funny thing is I passed on Andre, Fitz and VJax for Gore and when it came back to me I had to choose between Andre and VJax. So I kinda concentrated on youth after my first 2. If DMC can give me 10 productive weeks that should more than make up for passing on the next tier of WR's IMO. All I can say is I really hope it was the scheme.................
