In fairness to Wash, his forte is working with INF. So you may be right.

But Elvis sucked last year too, lets not forget this.

And from watching the post game, seems maybe the Rangers don't want to being Hamilton back to play in cool/rainy Baltimore.

Yeah he was bad last year but I think he sucked less, as Wastin pointed out, he should have been charged with several more errors at this point as well.

Probably smart move on Hamilton's gimpy ass

You are correct. For some reason I thought he was gonna be a FA.

He made about $3.2 mil this season, and frankly, I'm clueless what his value would be going forward.

We bought out his pre-arbritration years for 5 years 15 million when he came from Cuba. Now he's arbritration eligible... and I don't think he's worth much more than what he got before

Harry in the rotation a week from Monday, that will be interesting and I am as happy as I can be for the guy. Even if he struggles a bit at first

I say with the utmost sincerity, Fuck Off! HAHA

I was waiting to see if you were going to respond. hahaha

Good show.....And put me down as the same too.......so there.

Seriously, Mac/Dana just "reported" the team has announced Harrison will have one more rehab start and then come to Arlington to join the rotation.

Probably not exactly breaking news, but it did sound official.

Roster decisions will have to be made at that point, and again when Perez comes back, wonder who the victims will be

Choice, Rosales, Blanks, Corporan, Freeman.... might want to take notice

Yeah, I had completely forgotten we did so.

That whole arbitration process has always been flaky to me. Not a huge fan of the process really.

I know it's a long way to our finish line for 2015. So I hesitate a little to move to far forward. But that said, DeShields/Hamilton/Choo, with Rua/Martin and maybe - I did say MAYBE - Gallo is going to make for an interesting case for 2016.

I missed Detwiler, him too

No matter my mood, time of day, attitude, win or lose, my list starts with this guy.....every-single-time.

OK.....I'm off to cut tree limbs. That outta help my attitude immensely shouldn't it? haha

We'll get em tomorrow guys.....If Darryl comes through, that is.

Detwiler will be gone by the deadline... one way or another.

TEX is paying him $3.5mil ... a salary bump he got from WSN when he was a starter. Immediately the next season he had issues and ended up in the bullpen for them last year.

He's an FA after the season but not going to get a QO ... no loss. Not a part of 2016. He'll be cut loose before the deadline to make room for any one of 2 or 3 others.

No argument here, just missed his name as I perused the roster, I had hopes for Detwiler, he had some good stretches as a starter, but he's been a train wreck here, see yah

looks like Greinke got a run or 2 of support today, hoping he opts out of Dodger blue

I thought he was not a FA until 2019. Am I missing something here?

I believe he has a "opt out clause" at the end of this season.

Should be noted, he'll be 32 at seasons end and he's fastly approaching 2000 innings for his career.

He looked completely over-matched there.

Mitch could have seen 10 strikes and he'd looked equally bad on all of them.
Looked me he was hitting for the fences. Take a Prince lesson

I wonder too if there is any guarantee he does opt out or I guess he could renegotiate as well.

This is a good point. We need to make room and for the money, I am not certain he is the guy. A bargain for an effective LHSP., for an iffy reliever who is prone to the hR ball not so much
