Thinking the same thing. Story being that low seems strange. Are those in order of prominence? Because if so, Story being so low kinda makes me hope the Rangers don't sign him to a Lindor-esque deal.
and i see it the other way. you would let Lowe go and i see him as being a very good player and a future star but you'd let him go to another team and not care how big a star he might become. i see Guzman as someone who has had his opportunity just like Calhoun and it's time to move on from bothI really wish they would trade Lowe and give Guzman another shot at 1B to see if those adjustments he made last winter will translate into him being a much better hitter. He should get the chance that they should have given him last year.
I am afraid they are going to let him go and he is going to become a very good player and maybe even a star.
Boy, everything would come full circle if that does happen. He could be the next Adrian Gonzalez for this organization.
About a year into JD's tenure as a GM, he traded away a potential star in Adrian Gonzalez. Daniels included Chris Young in that trade as well. Now, about a year into Chris Young's tenure he has a chance to do almost the exact same thing with Guzman. It could be deja vu all over again, as Yogi would say.
again they aren't you. personally i would have seen what i could get for him but he was gone either wayAgreed. I had 10 more guys on my reverse 40 list that I would have jettisoned ahead of him.
i think IKF, Guzman, Trevino and CalhounHave to think Rangers are shopping players prior to roster additions
i don't think it's much differentI'm not sure if it's because I'm paying closer attention or if it's unique to this year, but there was a flurry of moves in MLB today.
they may still try with Colina. it's still early
I would think so.Have to think Rangers are shopping players prior to roster additions
Lucas and Tepid have always overrated Tejeda for some reason.
That is hard to tell.Have to think Rangers are shopping players prior to roster additions
remember it is Keith LawThinking the same thing. Story being that low seems strange.

Last year when he was called up he did pretty good, although it was a small sample. 31 ABs .355 avg 3 homeruns.Huff is nowhere near ready to face big league pitching.
