Cheating allegations aside, I like what Alex Cora of the Red Sox brings to the table. But there is something to be said about how well a team and a manager mesh. Gape Kapler flamed out in PHI but succeeded in SF.

I guess what works in some places doesn't work in others.

i was just wondering. it seems to me that Woody and our players mesh pretty good with each other. however some fans seem to be more concerned with something else. so who should the FO be more concerned with: the interaction of the manager with players or the feelings of the fans toward the manager
