Yes I read this. Agree with most of this minus wishing some other new CBA provides for MILB starving artists and retired vets who were kicked to the curb.

Hard to see how Manfred can be likeable. Pretty ruthless business wise

I think if Huff doesn't work out that we might wind up trading for a catcher. There most likely won't be a catcher in this draft worthy of an overall number 3 pick. We probably need to keep Efrenyer Navaez in mind at catcher, too.

We have a ton of SS prospects already and one or more of them may be moved to CF. We also have Carter in CF.

I guess we can go after the best guy available, but I would rather that not be a college SS.

I like Chase DeLauter a lot, but a lot can change between now and when the college season ends.

Well that is a interesting take. So am I to assume JD should have left on my to work for guys he 100% agree with. I am not in business for myself but as a non owner there has to be some severe deal breakers for me just to flat out quit
