I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him start for Buffalo week 1. With injuries to their top two QBs, he may not be able to give them much of a chance to win, but he'd at least sell some tickets til Kolb or Manuel gets back, which is a non-trivial concern for that franchise in that situation.

I still see value in the guy as a scout emergency QB. But it is tough with limited roster spots.
My money is on the Jags. If they get off to a bad start...which I expect...they will need a gimmick to keep fans interested.
