Braves don't have an offensive name but for some reason the redskins do. Go figure that one out right? Quest for the first pick continues. Braves have been sucking though and Texas could derail their wild card hopes. Let's find out why we should be glad Upton didn't get traded for Elvis...sigh

I knew it had gotten bad for Mr Kinsler, but I didn't realize it had come to this.

I guess to date, the trade hasn't worked out extremely well for either team.

And picking up Price hasn't been a shot-in-the-arm it was expected to be.

personally i think he will be unloaded this off-season. maybe some team that needs a good SS will take a chance on him

It's going to be very difficult to trade a guy making what he's making and is 3rd in MLB for SS with 16 errors.

No secret around the league how much he's regressed over the past 2 seasons.

You have to wonder about a player who did absolutely no off season work in regards to his craft. Whoever our next manager is I hope he is able to produce the same positive clubhouse chemistry RW was able to but never allow these guys to just coast or regress like this but to have a little fear factor working for them. Not saying they have to be a drill sgt but let them know that when they are between the lines it is time to get down to business.

Hated to see what happened to Stanton last night. I have not heard much about Headley but was watching the game when it happened and it was not good. When I was in 9th and 10th grade living in Cape Cod Tony Conigliaro was beaned in the head. The year before he was the HR champion. He was never the same after that as he had blurred vision and it messed with him mentally. I hope nothing like that is the result for either of these two players.

He's struggled with his avg this season, but still is 3rd on the team in RBI, and 2nd in HR.

RBI are meaningless without context. There was no way he was going to have a 1.000 OPS ever year, but he's down to a really bad .704 OPS.

.700 OPS is where we want Elvis Roogie and Profar to hit. So yeah Crush lost lots of power from last year.

He's been one of the best catchers in the game the past 2 years. Probably only behind Molina and Buster.
